Study of Water Loss in the Rose Petals Using Terahertz Spectroscopy

We report the water loss study in rose petals using time domain spectroscopy between 0.1 and 2.5 THz range. It was carried out between 30-110 °C under control temperature condition. The result is cross verified using FTIR spectra.
