dc.description.abstract The title compound, C24H19ClN2O, consists of a carbazole skeleton with ethyl and 4-chloroquinoline-N-aldehyde substituants. The dihydropyridine ring adopts a half-chair conformation. The molecular packing is stabilized by C-Cl⋯π interactions. © 2003 International Union of Crystallography Printed in Great Britain - all rights reserved.
