dc.description.abstract In the present day existing routing algorithms are single criteria routing algorithm these type of routing algorithms mainly concentrate on unique metric of the network because to avoid computation in routing being single criteria qualitative routing [8] is not achieved in ad-hoc networks. In this paper we proposed two changes to existing routing algorithms to achieve qualitative routing in ad-hoc networks by adapting multi criteria (i.e. considering more than one characteristic of network) and mobile agent concept to evaluate multi criteria in to an equivalent single criteria normalized cost metric.
