| dc.description.abstract | The THz radiation has been generated from LT-GaAs PC antennas and detected using pyroelectric detector with 140fs laser pulses, in the wavelengths between 700-1000 nm. THzpower dependence on biasing voltage, laser power is also discussed. | |
