dc.description.abstract A method is described for direct monitoring of extent of coupling of cyclodextrins to Epoxy-activated Sepharose 6B gel by polarimetry. The extent of coupling of cyclodextrin to Epology gel can be quantitatively monitored by this method. © 1984.
