dc.description.abstract LuFeO 3 ceramic nanoparticles with the orthorhombic distorted perovskite structure in space group Pbnm were synthesized using co-precipitation method. Microstructure shows a homogeneous particles with an average grain size of 70 nm. Magnetic measurements show the presence of exchange bias and a decrease in H C with temperature. Results are discussed in detail.
