Abstract
The three-component Friedel-Crafts alkylation/Huisgen cycloaddition (FCA/HC) reactions of 2-naphthols, substituted isatins and azides under dimethylamino-ethanol/CuI-catalysis furnished highly functionalized 1,4-disubstituted [1,2,3]-triazoles. © 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
