dc.description.abstract In this paper we proposed a method for generating the cancelable fingerprint template using spiral curves by constructing contiguous right angled triangles using the invariant distances between reference minutia and every other minutiae in fingerprint image, then projecting onto a 4D space, features transformed using DFT. The proposed approach experimented by using the FVC database. The approach attains the primary needs diversity, revocability, security of biometric system. Performance is calculated using metrics GAR, FAR, and EER.
