| dc.description.abstract | The characteristics of underwater acoustic emissions from optical breakdown due to 30 ps laser pulses in both time and frequency domain are presented. The time-frequency analysis reveals that the frequency and arrival time of underwater acoustic impulse maintain simultaneity. | |
