dc.description.abstract Orbital paraganglioma is an extremely rare clinical entity with fewer than 40 cases reported in the literature. A well-documented case of a recurrent orbital paraganglioma is reported and its clinical, radiologic, histopathologic, and immunohistochemical features are discussed. © 2012 The American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Inc.
