dc.description.abstract This paper presents a game theoretic-based dynamic channel allocation (DCA) model for spectrum allocation in a heterogeneous network. The performance of the proposed model is evaluated using a simulation analysis by considering forced termination and blocking probabilities as performance indicators while assuming random user mobility and traffic variations. As compared to an existing model, the proposed model shows reduced blocking and forced termination probabilities. This reduction is observed due to nature of utility function and channel re-use.
