dc.description.abstract Pig liver acetone powder (PLAP) enantioselectively hydrolyses trans-1-acetoxy-2-alkoxycyclohexanes 1a-6a in biphasic medium (ether and phosphate buffer) to provide the required (1R,2R)-2-alkoxycyclohexan-1-ols in 61-82% enantiomeric purities. © 1994.
