dc.description.abstract Synthesis and characterization of the tetrathiafulvalenium salts, (TTF)3X, where X are the dianions of tetracyano and tetrabromotetraazafulvalene, are reported. These fulvalene-fulvalene salts with formal TTF0.67 + are found to be semiconductors with room-temperature powder compaction resistivities in the range of 102-103 Ω cm.
