dc.description.abstract An iterative 1/N expansion scheme is developed to solve the Klein-Gordon equation to obtain the energy spectrum of a scalar particle in a spherically symmetric potential. For the Coulomb potential, this approach is shown to yield the exact results. © 1986 American Institute of Physics.
