| dc.description.abstract | The steroidogenesis in the granulosa-thecal layers of fish ovarian follicles undergo a distinct shift from the production of estradiol-17β (E2) to 17α, 20β-dihydroxy-4-pregnen-3-one (17α, 20β-DP, maturation-inducing hormone, MIH) prior to meiotic maturation.
