dc.description.abstract A series of 4H-imidazo[2,1-c][1,4]benoxazin-4-yl acetic acids and esters (7 and 8) have been synthesized from methyl α-(3,4-dihydro-3-oxo-2H-1,4- benzoxazin-2-yl)acetates 5 and their COX-2 inhibition activities are evaluated.
