Abstract

A new efficient protocol for the synthesis f isochromeno[3,4-b]-, [4,3-a]-, -[4,3-b]-, and -[3,4-c]carbazolones has been successfully established via palladium-catalyzed intramolecular ortho-arylation of C-H bond under ligand-free conditions. © Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart New York.
