Abstract
The stepwise hydridation of RABBr2·SMe2 with LiAIH4, followed by stepwise hydroboration of two different alkenes, provides a convenient route to the mixed organoboranes, RARBRCB, and to the products into which such mixed organoboranes can be transformed. © 1982, American Chemical Society.
