Abstract
Social directory is a repository of wants of and services for the people of a society. We propose a formal model for social directory to facilitate search of required services and their reachability among people. The proposed model is useful for e-commerce as well as e-governance. keywords: Needs and services of people, digital society, directory search, formal modeling. © 2012 IEEE.
