Affinity Purification of Amylases on Cyclodextrin‐Sepharose Columns

Abstract

The relative affinity of α‐ and β‐cyclodextrin columns for amylases were evaluated. While both α‐ and β‐cyclodextrin columns bound α‐amylase, there was no affinity binding of β‐amylase.
