dc.description.abstract Here we report a curcumin-artemisinin coamorphous solid (1:1) prepared by rotavaporization and a dramatic increase in the pharmacokinetic profile of curcumin (AUC0-12 2.6 μg h mL-1, Cmax 1 μg mL-1) administered as CUR-ART to SD rats. PXRD and FESEM analysis explains the molecular basis for the solubility enhancement of coamorphous CUR-ART.
